The Best Loadouts to Use In Call of Duty: Warzone

Call of Duty: Warzone was released back on the 10th of March, 2020 and it took the battle royale scene by storm. Warzone gave gamers a fresh new take on the battle royale genre. The best part was that this new battle royale game from Activision was free to play.

Activision has maintained their tradition of releasing a new Call of Duty title every year. However, none of these titles was ever free to play. The decision for making Warzone free to play paid off as millions of players started to flock over in Warzone. The player count for Warzone saw a massive jump right after its launch. Since then, it does not seem to significantly drop anytime soon.

While the popularity of Warzone can be credited to it being free to play, there are several other factors that make the game appealing to the average gamer. One of the major contributing factors to the popularity of Warzone is its gunplay. The game that Warzone is based on, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, is considered to have one of the best gunplay ever in Call of Duty history.

The weapon customization is in-depth and extensive. Players can customize their weapons for all sorts of situations. If a weapon shines in close range and a player wants to make it even more powerful in this range, they can easily do so with the available weapon attachments. The Weapons also feel super responsive.

Along with being super popular, the game is also very competitive with players constantly trying to figure out the best way to play the game in order to win. Gamers are clocking in several hundred or even thousands of hours in the game testing different loadouts and attachments to find which one performs the best in certain situations. Here we will discuss some of the most powerful loadouts and perks in Warzone.

The Quick and Twitchy Combo

AK-47

The AK-47 is one of the most versatile guns in the game. The AK-47 performs well in almost all ranges. In season 3 of Warzone, the AK-47 got a rework for its recoil pattern and, the recoil became much more controllable.

The manageable recoil and high damage at range, allow the AK-47 to be very effective at long to medium ranges. However, the AK-47 also proves to be very strong when the enemies are very close to you. Pairing the AK-47 with the Ultralight barrel and KGM Skeletal Stock, its strafe and movement speeds become unexpectedly fast.

  • GRU Suppressor Muzzle Attachment

  • KBG Skeletal Stock

  • 15.5" Ultralight Barrel Mod

  • Bakelite 60 Round Mag

  • Spetsnaz Speedgrip (Underbarrel)

Kar98k

If you plan to use the AK-47 as a close-range weapon, you definitely need a sniper, and if you like to play fast-paced with quick movements, you'll need that sniper to be fast as well. The Kar98k is best suited for this job. The Kar98k has proven to be one of the most reliable snipers when it comes to quick scoping. Pairing it with the attachments that we have recommended, you can expect to pop headshots in seconds.

  • Monolithic Suppressor Muzzle Attachment

  • FTAC Sport Comb (Stock)

  • Singuard Custom 27.6" Barrel Mod

  • Tac Laser

  • Sniper Scope

The Accuracy King Plus Close Range Dominator

Krig 6

While playing warzone, you will come across different combat situations with different ranges. When you see enemies running around in the open, a long-range and accurate weapon proves to be great as you can deal tons of damage on them before they even realize where the shots are coming from.

There remains little to no debate that the Krig 6 dominates when it comes to accuracy. If you want to use an AR for long-range combat, you should definitely consider the Krig 6. The Krig 6 has very low recoil and retains high accuracy at a long-range. Hence, the attachments that we recommend will focus on enhancing these features.

  • Agency Suppressor Muzzle Attachment

  • 15" CMV Mil-Spec Barrel Mod

  • STANAG 60 Round Mag

  • Field Agent Grip (Underbarrel)

  • Axial Arms 3x Optic

Bullfrog

When it comes to combat that takes place up close and personal, there only remain two options, namely SMGs and Shotguns. For death-match, we would recommend shotguns but, for Warzone, an SMG will most likely perform better.

The Bullfrog has a large magazine capacity, which means that you won't have to worry about running out of ammo in the middle of a fight. The Bullfrog performs great as a close-range secondary weapon along with the Krig 6.

If you are running into a building where you know you might have to deal with enemies at close quarters, all you have to do is switch to this beast of a weapon.

When you empty a mag for the Krig 6, you can easily head back in cover if you are at a long range but, if the enemies are on your face, you will definitely be able to make good use of the Bullfrog. It is way better to switch to a secondary than to reload your primary.

  • GRU Suppressor Muzzle Attachment

  • KGB Skeletal Stock

  • 7.4” Task Force Barrel Mod

  • 65 Round Mag

  • Millstop Reflex Optic

The No Reload Plus High Mobility Combo

Stoner 63

Don't you just hate it when you see an enemy in the open, start shooting at them, but they manage to run away and find cover because you ran out of ammo in your mag? This is even more frustrating when you managed to land just enough shots on the enemy that they are either one-shot or downed, but you couldn't manage to hit that final shot because you didn't have any in your mag. This is why high ammo count mags are the current Meta in Warzone.

If you want an even larger ammo count in your mag, then the Stoner 63 is built for you. The Stoner is an LMG which means that it is an accurate heavy hitter. You can take out complete squads with it from a distance without having to reload it. Your opponents won’t be ready for the unstoppable rain of bullets coming out from your Stoner 63 with its 120 round speed mag. Seeing an enemy running in the open will now be a confirm kill for you.

  • Agency Suppressor Muzzle Attachment

  • 21.9” Task Force Barrel Mod

  • 120 Round Speed Mag

  • Axial Arms 3x Optic

  • Airborne Elastic Wrap (Rear Grip)

Tec-9

While the Stoner 63 LMG is great for taking out several enemies without needing a reload, it is not a good idea to keep running around with it. The Stoner 63 has a huge impact on your mobility. If you have low mobility in Warzone, you are an easy target, especially if you are trying to run from the circle and heading towards a building or cover.

For this reason, the Tec-9 proves to be very handy as a secondary weapon. With the high mobility of this weapon, you won't have to worry about becoming an easy target for enemies that are coming at the edge of the gas cloud.

The Tec-9 also has great hip-fire accuracy. Hence, you don't even need to aim if you see enemies come up in front of you. If an enemy pops up in front of you, all you have to do is look at them and press the left mouse button and they won't know what hit them.

The Best Perk Combo in Warzone

Slot 1: Double Time

Call of Duty Warzone is a fast-paced game like all Call of Duty titles. You cannot be seen moving slowly in Warzone or you will become an easy target for enemies. The Double Time perk allows you to use your tactical sprint for a longer duration.

Slot 2: Ghost

Almost everyone in Call of Duty Warzone buys a UAV whenever they have enough cash. The Heartbeat Sensor is also a favorite of Warzone players. If you are in someone's UAV or Heartbeat Sensor, then you are at a massive disadvantage. The only counter for this is the Ghost Perk which allows you to be invisible to UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors.

Slot 3: Tracker

If you are the kind of person who likes to hunt enemies you will probably find the perks that we have mentioned for slots 1 and 2 very useful. However, the Tracker Perk is the ultimate hunter's perk. With the Tracker Perk, you will be able to see the enemy's footprints. This can help you pinpoint their exact location.

Warzone is a constantly evolving game with a new Meta after every patch or update. With almost every update or patch for weapon stats, a weapon may become more powerful or less. We have personally tested these loadout recommendations and have seen great results. However, this may change after an update or a patch.
